Can I bring my sister, mom, or best friend?
Yes—this retreat is designed to be shared. You’re welcome to bring your sister, mom, or best friend and experience this meaningful time together. You’ll have the option to share a room with your guest while still enjoying a personalized retreat experience.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. You are welcome to attend solo and leave with lifelong connections.

How many women will attend?
This retreat is intentionally limited to 10 women to keep the experience intimate and personalized.

What sizes are the Flying Dresses available in?

Our Flying Dress experience is designed for every body, with a custom-curated look. You’ll bring a gown you love, and we’ll thoughtfully pair it with a long, flowing train in a complementary color to create a striking, flattering silhouette designed specifically for your figure.

What if I need to lose a few pounds before doing a photoshoot?
You don’t need to change a thing. This photoshoot is not about reaching a certain size or number—it’s about honoring the woman you are right now. The flying dresses are designed to flatter every body, and you’ll be gently guided throughout the experience to look and feel your absolute best, exactly as you are.

What physical products will I walk away with from this retreat?
You will receive beautifully curated artwork from your Flying Dress photoshoot, designed to be displayed in your home as a lasting reminder of your strength, beauty, and the transformation you experienced during the retreat. Additional custom photo products and albums will also be available for purchase if you wish to expand your collection.

Can I choose which photo of me is used for my final wall art?
Yes. You will be guided through a personalized image reveal where you can select the photo that resonates most with you for your final wall art, ensuring it truly reflects how you want to remember this experience.

Do I need to be fit or experienced in yoga?

Not at all. All movement and activities are gentle and accessible.

Are the meals included in the price of the retreat?

No. Dining, drinks, and personal expenses are not included in the price of the retreat. This structure gives you the flexibility to explore the area's culinary options and accommodate any specific dietary preferences at your leisure.

What type of accommodations are provided?

Our retreat offers shared occupancy rooms in a luxury resort. Specific details about the lodging (e.g., number of beds per room, amenities) will be provided in your welcome packet closer to the date, but rest assured, comfort and tranquility are our priorities.

Are payment plans available?
Yes, flexible payment options are available upon request. However, please note that all payments must be received and paid in full three (3) weeks prior to the start date of the retreat.

What is the cancellation policy?

Due to the custom and carefully curated nature of this retreat, all payments are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to attend, transfer requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. A studio credit with Linda White Photography will be provided for the photoshoot and art work portion of the retreat should a cancellation occur ($2,500 or $5,500 based on selected Retreat Packages). This credit can be applied toward either a future retreat or a private photo session with Linda White Photography.

Hi, I’m Linda White — Photographer, Creative Director & Founder of Lifted in Grace.

For years, I’ve had the honor of photographing women through some of the most meaningful seasons of their lives. Again and again, I’ve watched something powerful happen when a woman is truly seen — not through comparison or perfection, but through truth, strength, and grace.

I created Lifted in Grace because I believe women deserve more than a vacation. We deserve an experience that honors our journey, restores our confidence, and reminds us of who we are beneath the noise of everyday life.
